Video: Ship owners blame Costa Concordia captain for the disaster

A multi million euro cruise ship lies on its side off the Tuscan island of Giglio and the captain is being blamed. According to the operators of the Costa Concordia, Captain Francesco Schettino may have committed errors by sailing too close to land and by not following the company’s emergency procedures.

Schettino is being held on suspicion of manslaughter but denies wrongdoing.
