The executive order signed on Monday was in reaction to what the US is calling “deceptive practices” by Iran. An Icelandic Parliamentary group put him forward, saying he exposed corruption and war crimes. Clark Stoeckley, an activist for Manning’s cause, thinks the accused deserves the prize more than Barack Obama deserved his.
