Say What? Woman kills man by squeezing his testicles over parking dispute
April 19, a female scooter rider killed a man by squeezing his testicles for the packing dispute, in Haikou City, Hainan Province.
It was learned, the woman, 41 years old, rode on her scooter to an elementary school in Meilan District, Haikou City to pick up her child that day. When she wanted to pack her scooter in front of a shop, she was rejected by the shop owner, a 42-year-old male.
The two parties soon fell into a quarrel, and then the physical confrontation. The furious woman called up her husband and brother to come help her, which resulted in a more violent fist fight.
During the fight, the middle aged woman manged to grab the man’s testicles, and squeezed them till he finally collapsed on the ground.
The man was immediately rushed to hospital, but unfortunately died there despite of efforts.

If you put a frog in boiling water, it’ll frantically try to climb to safety. If you put a frog in cool water and slowly turn up the heat, it’ll likely not become aware of the impending boiling water before it’s too late. Anyone who’s been paying attention to the enormous expansion of power the government’s executive branch has granted itself in the last decade knows the water is rapidly nearing 212.
On April 26 the House of Representatives passed the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA). Free from judicial oversight, this bill if it becomes law will allow government and corporations to share intelligence gathered on anyone they feel needs “protecting”. But like most bills, the devil lies in the details.
CISPA gives the executive branch of government the power not only to protect us from perceived terrorist threats, but also the power indefinitely block any website, view personal emails, texts, and even prevent sent information from reaching its desired recipient. Moreover, it will grant the executive branch of government the power to literally shut down all internet access across the entire country. CISPA must be stopped or you can kiss privacy rights good bye.
Some citizens may argue that this will help to keep America safe from terrorists and hackers, but history shows a different picture of what power like that found in CISPA can do to an entire civilization when abused. President Obama has voiced that he will veto the bill, much in the same way he voiced his opposition to the National Defense Authorization Act shortly before he signed it into law. It is up to we the people to put pressure on our U.S. Senators to stop this bill in the Senate so it never reaches Obama’s desk.

Big Brother News: CISPA ‘dangerous bill fighting imaginary threat’ – Congress has ignored the will of the people
Outcry from Internet users, over the controversial cyber security act ‘CISPA’, is set to spill onto the streets. The hacker group Anonymous is hitting back in response to the bill by launching what it calls ‘Operation Defense Phase two’. CISPA, having passed the US House of Representatives on Friday, is now a step closer to becoming law. It’s now heading to the Senate, as the White House continues to threaten a veto of the bill. The act could allow Internet companies to legally share sensitive user information with the American government – a move critics say infringes on privacy and civil liberties. Journalist David Seaman explains how this bill puts everyone at risk. Luke Samuel, from Online Magazine “Spiked” thinks the CISPA bill is one of the latest attempts by the US government to limit the first amendment rights of its citizens.
For weeks it has been obvious that millions of Americans are steadfastly opposed to CISPA, the so-called cybersecurity legislation passed by the House last night that will allow the government to surveil Americans and deny them Fourth Amendment protection while on the internet.
Congressional leaders and members have come up with all kinds of lame excuses in order to push the bill through, including the absurd claim made by the House Majority leader that CISPA will create jobs.
Our supposed “representatives” need to hear from you about their traitorous effort to subvert and undermine the Constitution.
Follow this link to Govtrack to see if your Congress critter voted for or against H.R. 3523, the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act. If they did, let them know you will not sit idle and allow them to trash our constitutional rights.
Stories pointing out how CISPA destroys the Fourth Amendment — something the establishment media has all but ignored — need to go viral before the bill makes it to the Senate for a vote.
If the Senate is barraged with demands that CISPA be tossed before it can reach Obama’s desk, we may still stand a chance of foiling this draconian police state effort.

Agenda 21 Slowed Down A Bit – Labor Department Pulls Farm Child Labor Rule After Massive Outcry!
Under pressure from farming advocates in rural communities, and following a report by The Daily Caller, the Obama administration withdrew a proposed rule Thursday that would have applied child labor laws to family farms.
Critics complained that the regulation would have drastically changed the extent to which children could work on farms owned by family members. The U.S. Department of Labor cited public outcry as the reason for withdrawing the rule.
“The decision to withdraw this rule — including provisions to define the ‘parental exemption’ — was made in response to thousands of comments expressing concerns about the effect of the proposed rules on small family-owned farms,” the Department said in a press release Thursday evening. “To be clear, this regulation will not be pursued for the duration of the Obama administration.”
The rule would have dramatically changed what types of chores children under the age of 16 could perform on and around American farms. It would have prohibited them from working with tobacco, operating almost all types of power-driven equipment and being employed to work with raw farm materials.
“Prohibited places of employment would include country grain elevators, grain bins, silos, feed lots, stockyards, livestock exchanges and livestock auctions,” read a press release from last August.

Parents Brought Their Kids To A Beat Down – Matthew Owens’ Brother-in-Law Speaks Out About What Really Happened
(MOBILE, Ala.) More updates in a beating case that has caught the attention of the nation.
Matthew Owens was beaten by an angry mob so bad it left his brain bleeding.
He’s still recovering in the hospital.
So far, police have made only one arrest and tonight that suspect is out of jail. He lives just up the street on which the brutal beating happened.
The victim’s sister says she overheard one of the attackers make a comment about Trayvon Martin after the assault.
Neighbors say the victim used a knife to threaten children playing basketball. Now, there’s a third side to the story.
The victim’s brother in law is shedding light on what he says really happened.
Danny Parker says the situation has nothing to do with basketball.
“The kids were down here. It had nothing to do with a basketball goal, nothing to do with them being in the street. They were down here going in everybody’s yards, plundering, and my brother in law asked them to get out of the yard and not to be messing with people’s property,” says Parker.
According to Parker , it was the children who used racist language. He says there’s no way his brother can be racist because he dated an African American female for three years.
Parker says although police could be looking to arrest up to three more people in connection with the beating , he believes dozens of others should already be locked up.
