Video: Police gave caller option to shoot daughter’s boyfriend and he did and then got arrested

Martin Martinez wanted help keeping his daughter’s boyfriend from harassing him at his home and called 911 to get advice. A state police officer gave him several options, including shooting the boyfriend if he was threatened. Less than an hour later, Martinez shot and killed the man, 33-year-old Marcos Atencio.
